RMHF/Travel- Season Registration Details
USA HOCKEY MEMBERSHIP
All players are required to register with USA Hockey and pay a annual fee. Registration opens April 1 of each year and is good for the upcoming season. In addition players will pay a $20 affiliate fee to our governing body CAHA.
24-25 REGISTRATION DETAILS
By registering for the 24-25 season you will be paying a non-refundable Registration Fee/Deposit towards your player’s tuition. As you initialed in the Online Registration Contract, this fee is considered a “deposit” and applied to the tuition balance.
Account credits can not be used to pay for the Regsitration Fee/Deposit. Cash/Check/Credit Card are accepted to pay for the Registration Fee.
Please Note: In order to set up payment for the season, all players will be invoiced for the lowest team in their division and invoices will be updated to the correct amount if he/she makes the higher level team.
The annual $60 NoCo Building Fee which is set aside for a capital account is included in all tuition fees.
As mentioned in the initial registration announcement we have a graduated fee increase as we approach the season to encourage earlier regsitration which helps us declare how many teams we will field to each league in mid-summer. So the earlier you register, the more money you save!
SIBLING/GOALIE DISCOUNTS
We continue to offer a sibling discount for the 24-25 season to the YOUNGER siblings. It will be a flat fee at each league. The oldest player will pay his/her respective full tuition amount and any/all younger siblings will have their discount applied no earlier than August. We truly appreciate the dedication and loyalty of our fami- lies by having their multiple children play hockey.

We continue to also offer a goalie credit to all players within the NCYH leagues. It will be a flat fee applied no earlier than end of September.

aa team tryouts
New for the 2024-2025 season.
There is the option to tryout for the RMHF AA Teams. AA tryouts will be conducted seperatly from the “A/B” tryouts.
There will be a “Tryout Fee”” associated with this. Tryout fee is not applied to tuition & non-refundable. You will select this “Add On” option during the registration process.

100% REFUND ON JERSEYS (EVEN THOUGH WORN DURING TRYOUTS)

PLAYER MUST TRY OUT TO RECEIVE ANY REFUNDS
Players that played RMHF and already have a jersey set do NOT need to purchase a new package. (If your player has outgrown or damaged jersey/socks/shells you will then need to order new from The Stick Rack)

STEP 1: Bring player into The Stick Rack WITH THEIR BREEZERS AND SHOULDER PADS
STEP 2: SELECT JERSEY # (ODD BIRTH YEAR= ODD NUMBER… EVEN BIRTH YEAR= EVEN #)
STEP 3: SELECT SIZE
STEP 4: PAY THE STICK RACK
STEP 5: PICK UP AT THE STICK RACK PRIOR TO TRY-OUTS
SPECIAL NOTES
Any withdrawals from the program must be requested in writing and sent to the Director of Hockey Operations.
Financial Release Policy
After tryouts/evaluations have been completed and a player has been placed on an NCYH team -- If that player decides to play for another hockey association within the borders of Colorado, a financial release will only be granted once 50% of tuition owed has been paid. Please note the Registration Fee and $60 Capital Improvement Fund will not be refunded.
If during the season a player has to move out of state, becomes injured, or chooses to not play hockey, the following refund policy is in place for tuition refunds. No financial release form will be given.
- 80% refund if withdraw request received before Sep 15
- 60% refund if withdraw request received before Oct 15
- 40% refund if withdraw request received before Nov 15
- 20% refund if withdraw request received before Dec 15
- 0% refund if withdraw request received on/after Dec 15
